A stricter deposit policy could be reconsidered considering personal emergencies!!! Limited on-site parking may require more flexible arrangements during peak times!!! Sound insulation between rooms could greatly enhance guest comfort!!!

The room was impeccably clean, and the breakfast featured a generous buffet along with a standout cooked meal, complemented by Sue's delicious homemade jams. Thoughtful touches, such as make-up wipes and sweet treats in the room, made the stay feel personalized and special.
The attic shower was quite small.

Awesome stay with amazing hosts
We spent 2 nights here and it was fantastic! Our room was super clean and comfy, with a sweet fridge stocked with water. Breakfast was unreal—locally sourced and perfectly cooked. The bar was a chill spot to relax after a long day. Just keep in mind it's a bit of a hike to the North Pier, but the tram makes it easy!

We just had a lovely stay where the breakfast choices blew us away. the eggs benedict were the best I’ve ever had! And the little touches, like bottled water in the room, made us feel special. I can't wait to go back!
